We have a flat-fee delivery rate of $7 to all US addresses. Our hope with this flat-fee rate is that you know your shipping charges right from the beginning of your purchase. We will always work hard to be as economical as possible. We ask that you allow 2 weeks for your order to arrive, however we will be working our hardest to make sure it arrives to you as quickly as possible. If you live internationally, we would love to help you get your DWGW products - in order to do that in the most efficient way, please contact us individually.

Customers will be charged additional shipping for orders returned due to providing an incorrect address. Don’t Waste Good Water is not responsible for orders lost, damaged, or stolen during shipment or after delivery.

We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your DWGW purchase, therefore you may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price (shipping charges are not refunded). Products must be in brand new, re-sellable condition for a return or exchange - tags attached, unworn/unwashed, no pet hair, no stains or odors.
